The bike shed was moved to this location by Francis after having a new foundation and rat wall installed. Anyone know why it was moved? I suspect that the bike shed sat on the easement and the title company made him move it, but that's pretty much speculation. (If so, it was not moved far enough; when the property was sold in 2006, a bit of the garage and the south slice of the bike shed were found to be sitting on the was still sitting on the easement.
